Beta Tester Addendum

This Beta Tester Addendum ("Addendum") applies if you access Pixels & Flossduring a beta, early access, or preview period ("Beta"). It supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, this Addendum controls for Beta-related matters.

By participating in the Beta, you acknowledge that the Service is under active development and may differ significantly from a final release.

Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, and unexpected behaviour. The Service may be unavailable, slow, or reset without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your patterns and data.

We do not guarantee that designs, settings, or account data will be preserved during the Beta. Data loss, corruption, or deletion may occur at any time. Pixels & Floss is not liable for any loss of data or work product during the Beta period.

We welcome bug reports, suggestions, and other feedback about the Beta ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback, you grant Pixels & Floss a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service and related products without obligation or compensation to you.

You represent that your Feedback does not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to grant this license.

Beta features, unreleased functionality, and non-public communications about the Beta are confidential. You agree not to disclose screenshots, screen recordings, feature details, or performance information about the Beta to third parties without our prior written consent, except as required by law.

This obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of yours, or that you can demonstrate you already knew without restriction.

We may end the Beta, revoke Beta access, or migrate accounts to a general release at any time. When the Beta ends, this Addendum no longer applies unless we state otherwise. Sections on Feedback, confidentiality (for information disclosed during the Beta), and limitations in the Terms of Service survive termination.
